3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
; I8 B& y# a3 D n4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.

7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
