1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.8 ~# v& o% B; z. j% F& d
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.. I0 w, p/ h7 M% F, }5 x6 B. \5 ^
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
8 r; R2 C( _" q' v* v3 v5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.( P0 @" C: ]% q9 T6 Y9 a( u: j
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power7 X0 p1 d+ P+ `2 s p. D
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA" {6 J/ [) j5 c' b4 V5 b
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
! j. r6 j" K+ V: X" n5 Y% F9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.* `9 K7 c A! n* O% a0 A; x
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
