1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
0 F( T0 k8 l# m5 D$ ]* n3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.) c; l$ H; e/ u4 B4 A$ [* O. N
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.5 M2 T9 K9 ~7 Z
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.& Y+ [3 _# r1 ~8 f# h+ }; Q
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
' S4 {# k1 D5 r5 E! V7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
