1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
U. p6 A$ v2 d$ x3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
H0 w4 {" W$ y; h3 s o7 J4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.' [# S& D- i! j, R
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.6 v5 P m0 i" F" M" u! v
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power/ O9 B$ ^# R4 l2 ?; {. b3 o
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
6 N7 `6 [9 {' [5 v8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.2 L# V' J. V" M1 Y% y, f
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.; b* z0 |5 A2 N( Z
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
