We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
$ V6 \9 X6 ]" b* a0 E0 r! r1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
; p; F$ e5 t& h$ u! `3 C/ ~3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
# j2 v, h+ p5 @4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked. L- [9 u& C/ |% ?9 v" L* h) T
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
0 F, L1 w* u- r# F1 H6. Led lights should be max. 5W power# z" J+ F& P* x7 ^% M5 C2 D1 r! v
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
+ Z- H$ T) s! T3 H- q2 W8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
F- O; M$ r7 n# R) ^7 }9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
* b2 X' W C3 f4 \% O10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
, u" h V |% z11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin$ u! k# V* N+ S" N. o( g
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
