Q:展览会摊位上用面板灯，替代荧光灯灯箱？感觉不怎么可行吧！We are interesting with products LGP led Panel.- X6 L6 K8 u G8 S; H7 h
Our Company is manufacturer of auto painting and drying booth which has a central office in Izmir and factory located in Akhisar Manisa.We have a manufacturing capacity of producing 600 booths in a year and nearly it has been used 24000 pieces fluorescent lamps in a year.For developing our products,we would like to use LPG led lightening panels.4 a# y% N @/ C2 t6 s
Our currently used fluorescent case dimensions are:123 cm X37 cm X5 cm.We are using in our booths 120 cm 36 W fluorescent lamp.And in each booth,it has beed used 40 pieces lamp.In each of our lighting modules,it has been used 4X36 watt fluorescents and their total lumen value is 9400 lm.- s' l/ w; q4 N! e# T
What can be the maximum lumen value?What can you offer us as an alternative?+ A4 l1 F% ~$ H' @8 K6 |
If we decide to use your product and if the prices are acceptable,we can buy in a big volume., h4 c' Z! K1 j
A:他可能面板灯面板上做文章,导光板灯箱有可行性,导光板灯箱有可行性。我认为可行,其实是一样的！无非是从石膏板变成了灯箱！做成非标的面板灯应该可以吧，然后必须是自己的模具！自己切割！自己加工！因为灯箱就不像石膏板那么规范标准了，是千奇百怪了,但是我感觉我们能做。& O" n. ^& _/ Y9 L3 y( E0 j
Q:这个成本比普通灯箱不会低吧！
; U w0 U B! zA:高多了,导光板灯箱其实和面板灯是一个原理,其他大型灯箱有点棘手。但是如果相同的亮度！成本不会高的，而且效果会好很多。我认为这个产品可以尝试去做！( F% D) b% x/ e/ S6 Y
Q:广告灯箱不是亮度很低么?他们现在用的是4 x36W荧光灯，9400LM
