Schill GmbH & Co. KG is based in Baden-Württemberg and has been producing cable drums and reels in the family tradition since 1948. The forward-looking medium-sized enterprise produces both individual solutions and standard systems: stable plastic cable boxes for domestic use, robust cable drums made from special rubber or sheet steel for construction as well as motorised built-in cable drums for outside broadcast vans; Schill's product range meets every need – right up to pivoting spring-loaded or hose reels as well as solutions for charging electric vehicles.

Schill provides innovative systems for customers and partners from the fields of audio/video, broadcast, trade and industry. Improvement, development and regular inspections of the cable drums and reels keep quality at a consistently high level while always ensuring compliance with current international standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Furthermore, many Schill cable drums meet the requirements of the German Social Accident Insurance DGUV; DGUV Info 203-006 (BGI 608) and DGUV Info 203-005 (BGI 600 Category K2).

The headquarters and administration of Schill GmbH & Co. KG are situated in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Since 1968, the production facilities have been in Laichingen on the Swabian Alb. Today, the company is run by the third generation by Ingo Schill and has more than 60 employees who boast many years of experience and expertise. Over the years, Schill has become established as a major name on the international global market.
