A: MCN是Mercosur Common Nomenclature的缩写，是一个南美自由贸易组织，这项应该是要该系 统的关税号。
9 V& b( s+ L# p8 H* Y/ fNCM号码就是报关时用的HS编码,海关代码书上可以查到每个商品对应的编码,根据这个编码可以 查到退税多少,有什么监管条件7 p2 E( ?: x9 i0 W2 X: j" D

A:出口巴西的海运提单上面必须:
+ U$ X1 a0 E% H% S F, U1.显示运费，PURCHASE ORDER必须和COMMERCIAL INVOICE的显示号码相吻合，否则将有罚金产生 ，船开前必须提供所显示运费价格 + _& z1 [/ i& U( _0 @2 N* n8 F
2.除了巴西的PARANAGUA，其余各地都需显示CNPJ号码。巴西必须提供货物的NCM号码. CNPJ相当 于中国这里的出口企业10编码,NCM则相当于HS编码,至少须填开始4位数.
