What's the meaning of NCM?

NCM号码就是报关时用的HS编码,海关代码书上可以查到每个商品对应的编码,根据这个编码可以 查到退税多少,有什么监管条件

A:出口巴西的海运提单上面必须: ( P+ Y1 z2 \" |9 M. u
1.显示运费，PURCHASE ORDER必须和COMMERCIAL INVOICE的显示号码相吻合，否则将有罚金产生 ，船开前必须提供所显示运费价格 7 e7 k4 s" f3 |' B
2.除了巴西的PARANAGUA，其余各地都需显示CNPJ号码。巴西必须提供货物的NCM号码. CNPJ相当 于中国这里的出口企业10编码,NCM则相当于HS编码,至少须填开始4位数.
