这个客户2015春节前下订单，付了30%，因为是快到春节放假了，就一直催交货，然后发来一个银行水单，让我们发货，在款没有到的情况下我们发货，过完春节，款没有到，找他，他说是银行的问题，正在申请退款！ 又过了一个多月，他说他去年做生意赔了，现在没有钱，正在办贷款，款下来后，第一时间给我们，就这样拖了一年！我说我们找律师，他就不理了！一直不给，拖了一年多，虽然 不多，2000USD，大家注意种骗钱的手法，假水单，急催货！
大家一定要注意这个骗子！

碰上这种30%定金都正常付款了，结果尾款弄了假水单，又提前出货了，真的是很倒霉呀
毕竟工厂肯定想着定金都安全收到的，应该后面不太会出假，而且尾款水单也来了
我想大概很多工厂碰上这种情况，都有可能踏入陷阱的.
以我的认知，美国的建筑公司根本不可能直接找海外的供应商。因为海外的供应商都无法满足交货期的要求。所以这种基本都是骗子。
